Mounted on 6 wheels for easy movement around a caravanning or camping site, each Log Pod is made with a removable draw bar / towing hitch at both ends to facilitate accurate siting. While not a trailer tent, this enables camp and caravan site owners, farmers, homeowners and other land owners to use them as hunting, shooting or fishing lodges, backpacker bunk houses, kids playrooms or 'Wendy' houses, 'twitcher' hides for bird watching, simple extra accommodation for overnight guest visitors, and more besides.

Fitting easily into the planning and licensing requirements for holiday parks, permanent or touring caravan sites, and tent or camping grounds, their mobility also enables advantage to be taken of the 28 day rule for non-permanent siting of such units.

Easier to site, relocate and store than other traditional Yurts, Log Cabins, Wigwams, Tipi's and the like, the mobility and elevation of these units enables otherwise wet or even flood plain areas to become usable rural eco-camping grounds for 'Happy Glamping'.

From a business perspective the Log Pod is an outstanding opportunity, for a number of reasons not least being it's low comparative cost! Financially our models and actual experience show that a Log Pod should pay for itself in less than 1 year. Given full occupancy (which shouldn't be difficult) it is actually around 6 months! Based on a product that is designed to last 15 years with minimal maintenance. Campsites and businesses running a longer season or having off season events, will achieve a far higher return.
We believe that having Log Pods will increase your number of guests.

Experience here at our own campsite has shown that 1 in 3 visitors to the Log Pod would not otherwise have considered camping, and would have chosen an Hotel or Guesthouse instead. A major reason for this is marketing. As well as our campaigns and your work, seldom a week goes by without press coverage being given to "Glamping" be it Tipi, Yurt or Log Pod.
